Shift and Pay

  • M - F 8a-5p (flexible hours)
  • $15.50 per hour
  • Option for hybrid schedule after training
Responsibilities
  • Develop in depth knowledge of the products and services offered through our client
  • Ensure a warm, caring and friendly client experience is provided in every interaction
  • Ensure all requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final resolution.
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues.
Requirements
  • Must have the capacity to use good judgment in handling stressful situations and the ability to deal with conflict.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to understand both written and oral instructions.
  • Customer service experience (prior call center experience is preferred)
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Ability to listen to customer needs/complaints and quickly decide how to remedy problems
  • Criminal background check required
