Job Brief:

Eco Block MFG is currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and contributing to the sustainable innovations in the construction industry. This individual will become a vital part of our dynamic team, utilizing their skills and experience to provide superior support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Help customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalate to managerial staff as necessary. Ensure each customer contact is handled in an efficient and effective manner. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to improve customer support. Collect customer feedback, analyze it and suggest new strategies for improving customer satisfaction. Maintain a thorough record of all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. A degree in Business Administration or relevant field would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with the eco-friendly and green building materials sector. Additional customer service training or certifications. Experience or interest in sustainability and climate-conscious initiatives. Multilingual capabilities. Previous experience in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
