Duties

Handle outbound calls to clients, promoting products and services while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office or call center system. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and another language as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within an office or call center environment. Strong sales skills with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone. Proficiency in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus. Experience in cash handling is desirable. Ability to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
