We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally via various communication channels (phone, email and walk-ins).
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support, ensuring their questions are addressed effectively.
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and conflicts by identifying the root cause, offering appropriate solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, working closely with Operations, and Technical Support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our systems.
• Stay knowledgeable about our electric scooter and electric vehicle product lines, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer service efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle various customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using customer service tools.
• Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
