Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and data entry tasks.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Skills
Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in person.
Some sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to analyze information effectively to resolve issues promptly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
Experience in cash handling is preferred but not required.
