SUMMARY
Enter and maintain orders in the Enterprise System. Handle customer requests and communicate to appropriate members of the team within the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive customer requests, from order releases, telephone, fax, or email
Communicate requests to UGA team through order entry, change notices, or other communication
Coordinate customer needs with manufacturing/delivery abilities
Respond to customer requests
Contract Review
Receive EDI
Receive and Respond to Internal Customer requests
Prepare for customer service audits
Other duties may be assigned.

Keyboarding, Windows, MS Excel and Work, Internet and e-mail

High School diploma

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, attention to detail, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulation. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
