Responsibilities of our entry-level Customer Service Representative:

  • Educate and inform customers about our client\xe2\x80\x99s products and services that they qualify for
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with each interaction daily
  • Close any sales through the pipeline, if needed, while working with qualified and inquiring customers
  • Keep the mission, values, and vision of the organization within every customer interaction
  • Troubleshoot and answer any questions regarding contracts, promotions, or questions regarding the sales process for any customer inquiries
  • Escalate any problems that arise regarding products or services to the Senior Management Team
  • Work cohesively with other entry-level Client Service Trainees as part of a team
What we look for in an entry-level Customer Service Representative:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related entry-level position is highly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn in an entry-level position
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
  • A passion for working with team members and customers
  • Basic knowledge and comfortability with computers/technology

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year Shift:
  • 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
  • Monday to Friday

  • In-person
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Louisville, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
