Location(s)Menomonie, WisconsinCompanyPhillips-MedisizeCareer FieldOperations & ManufacturingJob Number158210Your Job:Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Planner at our Metal Injection Molding facility in Menomonie, WI, to serve as primary customer contact and facilitate communication between all appropriate facility personnel and customers. Establish and maintain mutually rewarding relations with internal and external customers by ensuring customer expectations are being met.Our team:Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industriesWhat You Will Do\xc2\xb7 Receiving and entering Customer Orders.\xc2\xb7 Communicate accurate and timely information regarding customer purchase and shipping requirements and concerns throughout the organization and provide feedback of capabilities to customers.\xc2\xb7 Negotiate on issues pertaining to quantity, pricing, and delivery.\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with all departments to provide the most efficient and effective service to our customers.\xc2\xb7 Research and follow-up on sales order changes, RFQs, cancellations, pricing issues, complaints, corrective actions, etc.\xc2\xb7 Ensure appropriate recordkeeping and documentation associated with all customer service processes and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Working across different systems (SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Reporting out of SAP - Incomplete orders, Open Order Report, Sales, On-Time Delivery, etc.\xc2\xb7 Use MRP/MPS Planning System to develop work schedules that facilitate timely completion of job orders based on relative priority and available resources.\xc2\xb7 Verify material, machine, personnel, and tool availability.\xc2\xb7 Handle Multiple projects (ability to prioritize a demanding workload)\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)\xc2\xb7 Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship\xc2\xb7 One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent experienceWhat would put you ahead:\xc2\xb7 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software as well as Manufacturing system\xc2\xb7 Good analytical ability\xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational, time management and business math skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
