We\'re currently seeking full and part-time Customer Service Representatives.
When clients come to EVCC they are experiencing something very difficult and emotional with their pet, and the job of the CSR is to provide an empathetic and effective customer service experience. Our CSR\'s fulfill a very important role in the hospital, by being kind, welcoming, and empathetic, as they work collaboratively with the clinical team to support our clients as they navigate their difficult times. This is not a desk job! You\'ll be circulating all areas of the hospital to provide our clients and patients with the best experience possible.
What you\'ll do:
- Anticipate and meet client needs
- Help to keep workflow on track through excellent communication with the clinical team and client.
- Remain upbeat or comforting, and know when each is appropriate
- Communicate with empathy and reassurance
- Be the first point of contact, and help to ensure clients see a doctor quickly
- Assist clients with financial options and decisions
- Following up with referring veterinarians, expediting case records, and sharing any concerns to ensure absolutely seamless patient care
- Do the logistical stuff: inputting client information, keeping the front of the house in the hospital neat and tidy, and processing payments
- Be the last point of contact and ensure customers have a good experience and have everything they need
