As we continue growing, we will continue offering the best and most-affordable vacation options out there!Assist all owners and internal customers offering \xe2\x80\x9c5\xe2\x80\x9dstar customer service via phone calls to the Account Services Customer Service Department.Duties

• Speak with owners that call after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Answer owner questions, take payments and all tasks related to the \xe2\x80\x9c5\xe2\x80\x9d star standard.
• Provide service to owner requests within the departmental guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate departmental logs, CSM, MR, etc.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical demands:The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
