In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.

- Answer customer inquiries about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.

- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and cash register.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.

- Promote restaurant specials and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.

- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or sales preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Familiarity with Mexican cuisine is a plus.
