Job Mission:
Provide excellent customer service by helping customers, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
Work within Rome's ERP/CRM systems (Global Shop, Hubspot, Gmail, etc.)
Daily phone call and email communication with customers
Build client/customer relationships
Receive and write-up parts orders
Check and review customer orders
Manage rebuild order processing
Bid and communicate customer needs/wants in a timely manner
Assist Regional Account Managers
Become a Rome product expert
Multi-Departmental Communication
Duties as assigned by Manager

Required Experience:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Basic knowledge of Google/Microsoft Programs
