Robert Half is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Are you someone who loves creating durable and productive customer relationships? Responsibilities
- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Manage and place incoming telephone calls
- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Deep understanding of Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Adeptness in Insurance Verifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Insurance Verification
- Solid understanding of customer service
- Record Keeping experience highly desired
- Foundational knowledge in Record Keeping
- Customer service experience
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years\' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Proven computer skills
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
