State Farm Insurance Agency

seeks an energetic, enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented individual with the hunger & desire to succeed, who would be committed to contributing to a positive and productive team and workplace. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Qualifications:



Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.

Previous employment in a service/retention and/or sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers

Previous employment with customer service/rentention

Insurance Licenses required (Property & Casualty and Life & Health - must possess or able to acquire asap)

Insurance agency experience preferred

Bilingual Spanish, or other languages helpful
