```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries ```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
