Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We are a family owned indoor golf center and clubhouse. We utilize golf simulators and indoor swing bays that we rent by the hour. Similar to a driving range. We also serve a small menu of food and beverages, including alcohol. We have a very laid back environment and fantastic customers.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers with simulator set up. Check guest in and out using POS system. Serve food and beverages to customers. Serving permit will be required. MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD. Take online and telephone reservations. Clean and maintain clubhouse facilities. Communicate with ownership on facility challenges and maintenance needs.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong communication skills in English. Prefer someone who knows and loves golf.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
