Hanna's is an independently owned pharmaceutical and medical supply distributor located in Wilmington, DE that is seeking an experienced customer service representative.

Responsibilities

Fulfilling requests and responding to inquiries via phone and email Maintain customer portfolios Enter customer orders Search information regarding customer accounts and backorders Contact manufacturers regarding product information Clerical maintenance and office organization Understand and uphold the regulatory requirements of certain product Required to research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose in order to confidently sell our customers these items.

Requirements

Punctual and professional is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to use analytical thinking/ techniques to solve problems Ability to multitask and prioritize Extremely strong documentation skills Friendly demeanor Extremely strong computer skills Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrate aptitude in adapting to the needs of each customer including de-escalating situations, providing solutions and delivering recommendations Detail Oriented Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role or responsibility Must be self-motivated and independent yet also have the ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to pass a drug test Minimum of High school/ GED diploma
This position is full time. Hours are 8:30am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
