The Customer Success Manager is a key customer-facing strategy and sales role for the IronConnect team. This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic planning ability, effective time management skills, and outstanding communication. The primary functions of this role are to drive cross-sell/up sell and renewals within all current assigned accounts.
This role will build and maintain relationships with our existing clients to maximize the growth of IronConnect\xe2\x80\x99s software and services revenue within all existing customer accounts. Seeking candidates with the ability to identify complementary opportunities that add value above and beyond customers\xe2\x80\x99 existing investment. Managing a thrifty sales process, including customer and internal stakeholders, is critical to the success of this role.
