:
The Customer Success Manager is a key customer-facing strategy and sales role for the IronConnect team. This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic planning ability, effective time management skills, and outstanding communication. The primary functions of this role are to drive cross-sell/up sell and renewals within all current assigned accounts.

This role will build and maintain relationships with our existing clients to maximize the growth of IronConnect\xe2\x80\x99s software and services revenue within all existing customer accounts. Seeking candidates with the ability to identify complementary opportunities that add value above and beyond customers\xe2\x80\x99 existing investment. Managing a thrifty sales process, including customer and internal stakeholders, is critical to the success of this role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for add-on/upsell/renewal sales growth across all IronConnect accounts. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategize with the Sales and Customer Success teams to segment customer base and identify likely opportunities based on their current organizational structure and IronConnect subscriptions.
  • Learn to position, demo (at a high level) and sell IronConnect\xe2\x80\x99s premium features, service points, special projects and new instances.
  • Lead a fast-paced sales cycle through to close and go-live, using IronConnect\xe2\x80\x99s sales process, Mutual Success Plan, and CRM as directed.
  • Responsible for meeting semiannual Quota.
  • Maintain or improve customer relationships, references and referrals.
  • Work in a collaborative manner within the larger IronConnect Sales Team and communicate with management on all aspects of current account add-on/upsell opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • BA or BS from accredited university or equivalent business experience.
  • 1+ years of Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
  • Need to be able successfully navigate complex organizations and close incremental opportunities with assigned accounts.
  • Competitive spirit and ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver to help prospects solve their business needs.
