The Challenge Printing Company, established in 1911, is the premier provider of printed packaging components to the pharmaceutical industry. It currently seeks highly motivated individuals as Customer Support representatives to manage our existing client relationships.

Requirements:

Here are examples of some of the essential functions of this job. A customer support representative is responsible for:

• Networking with the various departments at our client sites, in order to promote the concept of our customer-driven, service-oriented approach of doing business
• Becoming the conduit of communication between us and a client, ensuring that our technical, quality and operations teams address every client need competently and timely
• Handling all of the transactional aspects of each client relationship, including normal incoming orders as well as emergencies such as new product launches
• Working closely with the sales team to coordinate our business development efforts by alerting sales representatives about business opportunities as well as potential pitfalls in our transactions
• Monitoring incoming business volume to ensure that we continuously meet volume expectations
• The positions are located in Clifton, NJ; all candidates must be within commuting distance.
• There is some travel time required, both local and air travel
• Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Customer support experience in business-to-business settings and a college degree is strongly preferred
