Independence HomeHealthWares is a 20+ year old home medical equipment and supply company. We are seeking to add a Customer Support Representative to our team. Primary responsibilities will include placing outbound order verification calls, answering inbound order requests, providing timely and accurate information regarding product offerings, verifying eligibility etc. General office related responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer files and records. Key requirements include: relevant healthcare experience, strong phone communication, bi-lingual required (Spanish), basic computer skills, and a being a team player with a positive outlook.
