Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team to manager a liquor store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on hospitality and food and beverage with a vision to create a great experience for our customers. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling and shift management. Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales performance. Implement promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and drive traffic. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or store management, preferably in the wireless sector. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with inventory control processes and loss prevention strategies. Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and reporting. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience.
