Digital Cloak is seeking a mid-level Cybersecurity Assessor to monitor a client\'s enterprise networks and provide incident response services. The successful candidate will have a fundamental understanding of network cybersecurity fundamentals and a maverick\'s desire to chase down anomalies until everything that can be known is known. The successful candidate will also have the patience and diplomatic skills necessary to communicate with a variety of personnel in the customer\'s office and represent our company and the customer with flair and grace. Essential Functions

• Perform cyber assessments to analyze network cybersecurity controls and document recommendations to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Assess networks for detection/identification of network threats.
• Devise protection, response, and recovery measures for identified network threats.
• Identify cybersecurity risks. Assess their likelihood of exploitation and the likely results of such exploitation.
• Evaluate cybersecurity vulnerabilities against compliance requirements.
• Provide on-site and remote compliance checking of systems and applications.
• Perform security reviews of application hosting environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, both remote and on-site, in accordance with Cyber Readiness Inspections Standards and customer vulnerability assessment and strategy guidance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge and understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Knowledge and understanding of security assessment processes and tools.

Required Education, Certifications / Licenses, Related Experience

• 3+ years of assessment experience
• 3+ years of experience performing code reviews
• 2+ years of experience performing ICS/SCADA inspections
• 2+ years designing and providing cyber training
• CISSP, CISA, or CEH certification

Physical Job Requirements

• This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) more than half the time.
• This position requires the ability to spend more than half the time viewing computer monitors.

Clearance Requirements

• Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must have the equivalent of a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Top Secret eligibility.

• Several openings: New Orleans, Okinawa, San Diego, Jacksonville NC, Stafford VA, Hawaii

Travel Requirements

• Candidate may be asked to travel as part of the job. Up to 20% travel required.
