Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Utilizes project management tools to monitor and report progress on key project initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with business functions to collect business intelligence.

\xc2\xb7 Translates non-technical requirements into technical business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies process inefficiencies and recommends alternative solutions and process improvements through evaluating user impacts, cost benefit analysis, processing specifications, and technology trends.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies, defines, and documents analytical requirements for new metrics and reports.

\xc2\xb7 Designs, develops, and maintains business solutions based on business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Utilizes data collection techniques, including interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Interprets data utilizing a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.

\xc2\xb7 Monitors reports and solutions, ensures data and reporting accuracy, and reconciles conflicts.

\xc2\xb7 Oversees project tasks and cross-training through mentoring team members on software / tools.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, engineering, or computer science

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to learn new applications, processes, and procedures

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills

\xc2\xb7 Experience with data warehouse deployments and writing software requirements and test specifications

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL Server, Power BI

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to build relationships and work well across functions

Desirable KSAs:

\xc2\xb7 5+ years of project management experience

\xc2\xb7 Firm understanding of business processes, finance, management, and accounting principles

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset for verbal troubleshooting, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer to document calls in a ticketing system, and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
