If you're passionate about problem-solving, organization, and collaboration, this role might be an ideal fit.Desired Skills & Experience:Basic understanding of supply chain or eCommerce operations is a plusFamiliarity with data tools like MS-Excel (Intermediate to advanced level), MS-Access and exposure to SQL is beneficialAbility to work collaboratively within a team setting to support data needs and maintain qualityDetail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently under guidanceKey Responsibilities:Data Configuration Support: Assist in transportation data setup and configuration to onboard new carriers or fulfillment centers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with system requirements.Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Regularly validate and update transportation data to support system quality and achieve data integrity.Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside cross-functional teams to help launch new initiatives and support business goals.Identify & Address Data Issues: Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies, working with more senior team members and internal partners to provide insights for reporting and analysis.Documentation and Process Maintenance: Contribute to documentation efforts, maintaining records for system configurations and any changes in data processes.Automation & Process Improvements: Support process automation efforts and suggest improvements for efficiency in data-related tasks.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.1+ years of experience or internship in a data-related role, particularly within Supply Chain, eCommerce, or similar areas.Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint with exposure to SQL and data management concepts.Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across updates and changes.Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills for working with team members and business partners to support project goals.Time Management: Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively and meet deadlines.Preferred qualifications:Strong SQL skills and knowledgeQuality experienceProject Management experienceAbout Walmart Global TechImagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
