Key Responsibilities:

Seeking data engineers with 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, enhancing database performance, and managing large data sets. They will play an integral role in the implementation of ETL strategies, ensuring the stability and resiliency of the data systems. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, performance tuning, and Azure cloud services is essential for this position. Additionally, experience in distributed application development and a background in financial services will be considered valuable assets.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines
• Write complex SQL queries on Oracle PL/SQL
• Work with large data sets, ensuring the efficient processing and storage of data
• Implement ETL strategies, design, and development practices to enhance data integration and workflow processes
• Ensure the resiliency and stability of data systems by implementing best practices and design principles

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering with solid experience in writing complex SQL queries on Oracle PL/SQL
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with performance optimization and tunning approaches, SQL tuning
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large data sets
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ETL strategies, design, and development
• Minimum 3 years of experience with resiliency and stability design principals, including SRE
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Cloud experience Azure preferred
• Familiarity with distribution application design and development Java, .Net, Python would be a plus
• Financial services experience preferred
• Experience with Azure Cloud data technologies
• Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Kafka, data engineering
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data architecture

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
