The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our databases and the efficiency of our operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms.
    • Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
    • Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Information Management:
    • Organize and maintain files and records.
    • Retrieve and present requested information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communication:
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
    • Communicate effectively with various departments to obtain and clarify information.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and update documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.
  • Adherence to Deadlines:
    • Complete tasks within established timeframes.
    • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with data entry procedures and basic data management principles.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
