Must be able to follow keying instructions completely and adapt to changing instructions on multiple projects & clients.
Training hours for the first two days of employment are 6am-2pm Central time. Flexible hours after the training is completed.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions
Entering alpha, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents/mail surveys into computer following the format displayed on screen based on client/project guidelines at a production speed. Speed standards are subjective by department and will vary from project to project.
Keying data from imaged documents
Evaluate marks, as well as key hand written and machine generated entries
Minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour with a high degree of accuracy
Work on new and on-going projects and ensure that the client deadlines are being met
Willing to work in front of a computer for extended lengths of time
Maintains a business-like production environment, by keeping personal communications and distractions to a minimum
Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors
Ability to take direction and feedback from others
Following established data entry procedures
Adhere to best data capture practices and maintain high standard of accuracy and efficiency
Follows data program security practices and procedures at all times.
Maintains confidentiality of all personal, health and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Position Status: Full Time or Part Time Non-Exempt, Full time status is 36 hours or more per week, Part Time
status is a minimum of 20 hours & a maximum of 35.99 hours per week.
Hours: Flexible hours are available after the training is completed. Must work a minimum of three-hour shift.
Equipment Requirements
A fully functional desktop or laptop computer with Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 operating system
NO Chromebook, Ipad, tablet PCs
High speed internet (wired into the computer)
Able to run Windows Updates regularly to keep system current with latest security updates from Microsoft
Antivirus software. Only one antivirus program installed. (Avast and Kaspersky not supported)
One monitor must be at least 21" or larger
If the primary work computer is a laptop, required to use an auxiliary mouse rather than the laptop touchpad and to use a regular keyboard with 10-key pad.
