What You'll Do:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical data governance analyst to join our Data Governance Services team. In this role, you'll use collaboration to connect with peers and business partners to support data domain and data quality initiatives that drive direct value and data driven decisioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Develop reports, dashboards and visualizations to present key insights. Monitor program key performance indicators and give regular performance updates.

Responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent set of policies, standards, and practices to enable strategic and ethical use of data across the enterprise. Support and cultivate data stewardship at multiple levels.Maintain data and analytics policies and standards and Governance Enterprise Framework Establish data roles and responsibilities Develop and maintain data literacy tools, training materials, and playbooks for the enterprise and individuals in data roles. Produce and maintain Data Management documentation and artifacts Facilitate data domain governance teams with tools, playbooks, and training to govern the data domains in alignment with the enterprise framework Ensure coordination and consistency across for data roles through coaching, training, etc. Drive data governance activities by working with SME's and owners within their domains Work with cross-functional areas, IT, Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Data Management, Data Owners and Data Analysts to research and resolve issues.

Who You Are:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision making
+ Superb communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
+ Ability to learn new systems

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $48450 - $65550 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:
