:Work Schedule:100% FTE, Days. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a hybrid position for applicants living in WI & IL. When in person you will work at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI.Be part of something remarkableJoin the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!We are seeking a Data Quality Specialist to:

  • Communicate with other departments internally and with external organizations to update provider routing information.
  • Research missing provider and/or facility contact information and follow up accordingly.
  • Monitor electronic medical record for failed documentation and research accordingly for appropriate routing.

Education:Minimum - General Equivalency Diploma (GED).Preferred - High School Diploma.Work Experience:Preferred -
  • Six months of work experience in a records-oriented setting.
  • One-year experience in a clinical or Health Information Management Department of a large health care facility.
