Your role will be diverse, covering strategic planning, solution design, and hands-on development of advanced analytics solutions tailored to our key regions and categories.You\'ll serve as the crucial link between our business leaders and our extensive data resources. You will work directly with the Global Science lead and Sr. Director of Marketing and FC Analytics. If you\'re a transformative problem solver with a passion for data and the ability to turn insights into action, we invite you to join us on this journey of innovation and discovery.Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand key business challenges and capture requirements.Conceptualize, design, and develop self-serve analytics solutions tailored to global regions and categories.Build scalable modules and sections within the solutions to address a variety of business questions and scenarios.Apply advanced analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights from data.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of analytics solutions.Stay abreast of emerging trends and standard processes in analytics and data visualization, continuously enhancing our solutions.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below. $135,200 - $205,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
