Job Duties: \xe2\x80\x8bBuild a holistic machine-learning model to comprehend the relationship among cost-per-click (CPC) auction components in terms of optimizing buyer experience, seller return on advertising spend (ROAS) and eBay ads revenue. Decipher analytical results, compare their performance amongst candidate models, and select the best performing one. Provide product analysis for buyer experience enhancements. Responsible for optimizing seller benefits through her analysis, calibrating their business strategies based on data-driven suggestions.\xe2\x80\x8b

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Analytics or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

(1) Time Series forecasting;

(2) A/B test evaluation;

(3) Statistical Modeling;

(4) Machine Learning Algorithm;

(5) Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, and SAS;

(6) Tableau;

(7) Thinkcell;

(8) Github;

(9) MS office.

Base Salary: $\xe2\x80\x8b183,310-262,900 \xe2\x80\x8bper annum. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
