Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment.

Duties

- General Manager of the Facility and Qualified Teacher

-Administering finances, personnel, maintenance, meal planning and preparation

-Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for children in the child care center

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

- Supervise and manage a team of child care staff members

- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and therapists, to support children's individual needs

Experience

- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

As a Child Care Director/Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire young minds while providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your role will involve developing educational programs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential for this position. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
