Job Description

Red Lion Christian Academy Daycare is seeking lead teachers for our main campus on Red Lion Rd. in Bear, DE. Candidates must have a love and enthusiasm for teaching, and feel a calling to Christian school education as well as early childhood experience. This includes experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and a profound awareness of the needs of our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will be an educator with a nurturing spirit and a Godly heart who is committed to supporting all aspects of growth and development in their classrooms.

Salvation is trusting that Jesus Christ, as man, died for our sins and arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. The Holy Spirit is equal to the Father and Son as God. He lives in every believer from the moment of salvation to provide the believer the power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and in doing what is right.

Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications

Conducts ongoing formal and informal assessment of student learning, and is capable of modifying instructional methods to fit the varying needs of students. Possess strong loving classroom management and instructional ability. Excellent interpersonal skills with regard to children, their parents, and colleagues. Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills. Promotes a classroom environment that is encouraging, safe and conducive to student learning. The ability to work as a team.
