Tasks and Responsibilities for ENTRY LEVEL:

- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while talking to customers.
- Recommend products to customers to ensure they get the products they want.
- Completing transactions in a manner that maintains proper cash control and accuracy of point-of-sale purchases.
- Handling money and all its forms while being responsible for it.
- Unload the inventories from the truck.
- Stock aisles and freezers; build and maintain displays.
- Break down paper boxes.
- Maintain the store to promote a clean image, including sweeping, mopping, wiping, and dumping the trash.

Growth Path:

Entry Level: $10/hr

- Cashier and stocker duties. Learning inventory and truck deliveries.

Office Role: $11/hr

- Updating the database according to invoices, printing price tags/labels. Invoicing restaurant customers.

Receive Shipments Role:

$11/hr

- Receiving truck deliveries, and sorting the food for restaurant customers from those for store retail.

Ordering Entry Role: $12/hr

- Use Google Sheets or Excel to organize purchase orders created by the ordering advanced role.

Ordering Advanced Role:

$13/hr

- Creating purchase orders for low-in-stock items.

All-Rounder Role

:

$14/hr

- For workers who have learned all the roles above, we will pay extra.Experienced workers also get

annual raises

on performance and

annual bonuses

based on business performance.

Physical:

- Position requires lifting, bending, standing, and walking frequently.
- Must have the ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds frequently.

Shifts Info:

Opening shifts 11am - 3pm

Closing shifts 3pm - 7pm or 9pm(Friday)

Must be available:

Thurs 3pm - 7pm, Friday 4pm - 9pm.

Prefer People with Job Experience.
