You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guestxe2x80x99s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE SHIFT: Day Shift | 12:00pm - 8:00pmTHE STARTING RATE: $5.55 an hour plus tipsDAY TO DAY:

• Deal three or more Game Types proficiently; including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations
• Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit
