What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do as a Collections Representative:
- Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customers (avg 70-90 per day)
- Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
- Provide outstanding service to customers
- Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprieve
- Grow your career with training and development to reach goals of advancement and earn pay increases along the way!

This is a work from home position.
*Enova is headquartered at 175 W Jackson Blvd. Chicago, IL 60604. Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!
Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

Schedule 1: Monday-Friday 10:15am-7:00pm
Schedule 2: Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:45pm & Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm *Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)
