Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description: The Deburr Operator operates various types of deburring and marking equipment to remove rough edges from parts. The night shift is Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 3:30 pm \xe2\x80\x93 1:30 am. Must be available to train on 1st shift. This shift pays an additional 20% shift differential.

This is a great entry level position if you are interested in working in the manufacturing industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deburr parts using mechanical means (hand tools and pneumatic grinders)
• Cleaning and washing parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debris
• Operate part marking equipment
• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor, and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
