Join Our Team as a Delivery Driver at DRB Delivery!

DRB Delivery seeks dedicated and responsible Delivery Drivers to strengthen our team.

No CDL License Required

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a company-issued delivery vehicle to deliver packages to specified locations.

- Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products while preserving their condition upon arrival.

- Efficiently load and unload packages.

- Strategically plan and follow the most effective routes for on-time deliveries, strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Confirm the accuracy of packages and maintain proper documentation for each delivery.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and accommodating during every interaction.

- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and proactively communicate any delays or issues.

- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.

- Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to your supervisor.

- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations and safety protocols.

- Represent our organization positively at all times, upholding a professional image.

Qualifications:

- Must be 21 years of age or older.

- Valid driver's license

- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical. (Paid for by FedEx)

- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

- Capability to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs, including bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the delivery truck to the front door or designated delivery point.

We also take part time workers if you can not do full time, we would prefer you to work Saturday and a few days during the week.

Start time 8:00 AM - typically runs 6-10 hours depending on route and speed.
