Responsible for the delivery of medication, infusion medications, and/or equipment and supplies in assigned department of Community Care Services: Home Infusion, eHome Health Care, or Pharmacy Advantage.
May require equipment installation or set up.
Maintains positive relations with clients and patients and assists with satisfaction surveys as needed.
EDUCATION:
Requires high school diploma or GED.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires valid State of Michigan Drivers\' License, and a satisfactory driving record.
Requires the ability to read maps or follow GPS and locate client homes in the Metropolitan Detroit area.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients.
Ability to move, lift or carry packages, equipment and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.
Company vehicle provided in Home Infusion and Pharmacy Advantage.
If working in eHome Care, requires own dependable transportation.
