Recker Dental Care, located in Pella, IA is seeking a full-time associate/future partner to join our thriving private practice.

We are a relationship based, restorative focused private practice located in beautiful stand-alone building in historic Pella, IA. What started as a small father/son practice has blossomed to our newer 11 op building overlooking ponds with windows in 10 Ops. Three doctors working ten doctor days per week need help serving seven hygienists daily and continue our growth. Culture is our priority and reflects with our outstanding crew and trusting patient base. Associateship leading to partnership ideal. Generous compensation package with partnership options to be discussed up front if candidate desires.

Tech: iTero, new Dexis sensors, Eaglesoft, I/O camera in every Op, digital Pano, rotary Endo available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
