Provides anesthesia for patient care when indicated \xc2\xb7 Administers nitrous oxide when indicated \xc2\xb7 Manages emergency medical procedures when necessary \xc2\xb7 Monitors safety practices and infection control standards in the dental clinic. \xc2\xb7 Authorizes and documents radiographs indicated for patient care. \xc2\xb7 Authorizes dental hygiene treatment plan based on review of medical/dental history. \xc2\xb7 Administers pharmaceutical medications when indicated for patient care. \xc2\xb7 Performs other clinical duties as directed by the Director of Dental Hygiene. \xc2\xb7 Maintains regular and reliable attendance. \xc2\xb7 Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Current dental license in state of practice \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional experience necessary to understand and fulfill program goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Current CPR certification/health care provider \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent oral and written communications \xe2\x80\xa2 Five years of full time dental practice experienc
