For more information, please visit ourThis position coordinates the development and implementation of early childhood mental health services provided in the Community Mental Health Services Programs (CMHSPs)/Prepaid Inpatient Mental Health Plans (PIHPs) and technical assistance regarding those services to the public mental health system. This position functions as the subject matter expert for early childhood mental health for the state and is responsible for developing and recommending early childhood mental health policy as well as programmatic specific language for inclusion in the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities chapter of the Medicaid Provider Manual. The position is responsible for working with PIHP/CMHSPs/CCBHCs to ensure early childhood and evidence- based practice implementation across the state. The position is the Bureau liaison (early childhood mental health) to numerous state level planning/implementation committees/workgroups (e.g. Michigan Interagency Coordinating Council (Part C-IDEA), Maternal Child Health Planning (Title V), Great Start Operations Team) to ensure cross system coordination (programmatic, policy).Click here to view the & here to view theTo be considered for this position you must:
