We are looking for a Visualization Specialist to join the Morristown office Design Technology Team. This is a great opportunity for a visualization artist who is interested in working in a highly collaborative and creative environment.

Working with the New York Visualization Leader, you will help translate what a Designer is trying to communicate to the client within 3D or 2D illustrations. These illustrations can range from conceptual art to photo-realistic quality and are a key driver to tell a story through Gensler\xe2\x80\x99s design. The artist needs to be able to communicate well, as they will be working with multiple teams within the Morristown office. The artist\xe2\x80\x99s ability to produce quality work within the given time frame will be key as well as the flexibility to meet changing priorities.

What You Will Do

• Create a variety of high quality exterior and interior architectural 3D models and renderings/360/animations/immersive environments
• Rapidly construct accurate high quality, realistic 3D renderings
• Research and develop immersive environments through Virtual and Augmented Reality content and apps
• Work independently and with project teams in creating representations of design sketches or developed projects
• Identify workflows, tools, and efficiencies that will bring value-proposition to our projects
• Educate design teams at the studio level on best practices, methods, and new technologies

Your Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in architecture, graphic arts, or related program with 2- 3 years of experience
• Highly skilled artistically, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or visual arts equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge in Unreal, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Revit, and the Adobe Suite; After Effects experience is a plus
• Experience translating architect\'s sketches and CAD/Revit documents into realized 3D models and images
• Trained in diverse platforms to work on a variety of project types
• Experience with Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality development preferred.
• Able to research solutions to either artistic or technical issues when they arise.
• A good understanding of Photography, Light and Color, along with composition and basic art principles.
