Key Responsibilities:
Provide deskside support/remote support for all levels of the company
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system (OS) issues
Troubleshoot and resolve laptop and desktop hardware related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to iPhones & iPads
Assist end-users in performing hardware OS updates and refreshes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printing
Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ServiceNow preferred, for efficient ticket management and issue resolution
Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and any other related devices.
Handle escalations from Tier 1 phone calls, emails, or monitoring alerts
Take ownership of tickets and customer interactions
Shipping and receiving of hardware assets
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work on-site at one of client locations: Chicago, IL / Richardson, TX / Helena, MT / Albuquerque, NM / Abilene TX / Houston, TX / Oklahoma City, OK / Downers Grove, IL / Marion, IL / Quincy, IL / Mattoon, IL / Springfield, IL
Minimum 3 years of experience as Deskside Support Technician (hardware configuration & support) with proficiency in:
Troubleshooting/working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Office, end user desktop issues, mobile device platforms
PC setup, support, builds and deployments
Working with a ServiceNow ticketing system
Support of VPN and VDI platforms
Active Directory, TCP/IP Networking, DNS, DHCP, RAS/VPN
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively & professionally with customers/end-users and employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to resolve advanced technical problems effectively, efficiently, and independently
Ability to work with a wide variety of end users at all levels of the company
Ability to write processes and understand technical documentation
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
