FULL TIME FLEET MECHANIC LEVEL C

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus and 4-day work weeks

Job Type/PAY:

Full-time Mechanic position available in the Fayetteville Garage

Pay - $25 / HR

$1 Shift pay differential

$5,000 Sign-on bonus

License/Certifications:

Brakes, and Preventive Maintenance Inspection.

Work Location:

Fayetteville, TN

Technical Experience Preferred:

A Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL) is NOT required

1 year of relative technical previous experience with documented formal training preferred

Ability to read pneumatic and electrical drawings

Preventative maintenance on all types of trailers

Trailer maintenance background

Major and minor electrical with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot

Brake Systems (Brake Certification)

Air systems

Body (panels, frame, doors, etc. )

Welding and fabrication

Must have own basic tools

Fluid power systems

Hydraulic controls

Mechanical troubleshooting abilities

Electrical experience

Able to diagnose and troubleshoot all repairs with limited assistance in a timely manner

Ability to identify warranty issues

Other duties may include (but are not limited to):

Attend all training and required team meetings

Actively engaged in continuously improving results

Shop clean-up

Other duties as assigned by Resource

You will help us maintain and repair our vehicles, diagnose mechanical issues, manage parts inventory, and charge parts and labor to work orders. • You will work with our experienced mechanics on difficult repairs.
• You will build relationships with vendors when getting estimates for parts or labor.
• You will interact with a variety of Frito-Lay drivers, from professional truck drivers to salespeople.
• This is a physical job which often involves working in tight spaces under vehicles.

This is an entry-level position. Here are our minimum requirements for you to consider prior to filling out our application:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 50 pounds or more with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
