Diesel Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a full time diesel technician or mechanic with a minimum of two years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks at Alliance Used Truck Center in Hartford, a division of Freightliner of Hartford. You need to have a general understanding of heavy duty truck systems along with an understanding about diesel engines and after-treatment devices. We are a certified training location for Freightliner and offer on the job factory training. We offer a great working envirnment and we are always looking for suggestions on how to improve our business.
We have a monthly incentive program for our techs that could put an additional $1,000 per month in your pocket. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance with a partially company funced HSA, 401k with a 10% match, long term disability insurance is available, Paid-Time-Off, Holiday Pay, and uniforms. Pay is based on experience, but ranges from $28-$40+ per hour.
