Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and experienced dietitian to help our clients achieve their nutrition and health goals as part of our weight loss and nutrition center. You will work with patients of different ages and health levels and coordinate care with our team of health coaches and medical providers. You will help create nutritional plans for patients based on their specific medical needs. To reinforce your proposed plan, you will educate the patients and their families on how to follow the dietary guidelines, follow-up on patients\' nutritional progress, and make adjustments to the eating plan when necessary.

Essential Job Functions:

• Evaluate patient lifestyle, nutritional, and health needs.
• Advise patients on setting specific nutrition goals
• Provide patients with educational facts on nutrition to improve their health
• Develop a thorough and cost-efficient meal plan that includes healthy foods and meets nutrition goals
• Monitor, track, and adjust meal plans
• Coordinate with patient healthcare professionals as needed
• Educates the patients about the need for proper dieting, its importance in disease prevention, etc.
• Educates other healthcare professionals about food and nutrition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification, or state license as required by law.
• Successful completion of an approved American Dietetic Association (ADA) program
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
• Certified Dietitian State of Utah Physical Requirements
• Organized and able to create multiple nutrition plans, budgets, and schedules
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassionate and sensitive to patients\' needs and concerns

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday, 8-5. Must be willing to travel to our Provo and Eagle Mountain locations.
