This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for the development, management, and oversight of the Growth Hacking Digital Analyst group, building dashboards and providing reporting for the full Digital organization, data driven and actionable insights, and measurement of company and campaign performance against targets. The manager will be responsible for and oversee a team who will have a detailed understanding of the key data sources, their owners and their utilizations, and identify, build and maintain the key business metrics for the Digital team and across the business groups.

This manager must have experience driving a cohesive team to meet analytical objectives, exhibit excellent analytical skills, be detail- and solution-oriented, and tenacious in their ability to track down data to drive meaningful insights, and work well across business units.

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Build and manage a team of analysts for eCommerce, Media, Website and App Reporting, & other analytics needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Digital Growth Organization including Product, Development, Experience & Design, Data Science, and eCommerce to align on needs and roadmap analytics development.
  • Develop analytics strategy for new website components or app features.
  • Estimate analytics needs for new digital products and manage and scale additional outsourced analytics resources as necessary.
  • Act as point of contact for all digital metrics and analytics requests from stakeholders.
  • Maintain Digital Marketing Analytics Database to track and prioritize all requests.
  • Lead multi- and omnichannel results of Digital Marketing and eCommerce initiatives across several channels, including website, media, social, mobile, email and video.
  • Contribute to digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Create dashboards, reports and presentations that clearly synthesize learnings into actionable insights/recommendations.
  • Monitor team performance against targets and perform required deep dives when needed.
  • Own governance for analytical tools and processes.
  • Maintain knowledge and documentation on key systems and data sources.
  • Communicate and present findings to colleagues and senior leaders.
Your team will be responsible for eCommerce, Media, Website, and App Reporting Analytics
  • Tagging - Add tags to new website code and perform UAT of all code to ensure tags are firing properly. Partner closely with GIS and technical agencies to troubleshoot issues. Add tags to h-d.com pages as requested by marketing partners.
  • Adobe Analytics - Lead all Adobe Analytics Platform upgrades. Stay current on the platform roadmap, proactively plan for changes as needed with GIS partners, and initiate projects, including funding if needed.
  • Adobe Analytics Reporting - Lead development of all reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics for business stakeholders. Simplify the Adobe Analytics interface for business stakeholders through the creation of simple campaign and on-going dashboards and reports to track the performance of overall site performance and campaigns.
  • Website Optimizations - Analysis of impact and performance of website changes/optimizations; provide recommendations.
  • Performance Marketing - Analysis of website traffic sources; provide insights and recommendations to drive business through paid media, SEM, SEO, email and other traffic drivers. Leverage Performance Marketing stakeholders including paid and email as key partners to drive recommendations into execution.
  • Campaign landing page performance - Analysis of page performance; provide recommendations (e.g. form conversion rate \xef\x83\xa0 quality of UX, quality of traffic by source, etc.)
  • A/B and Multi-Variate Testing - Lead development of hypotheses, partner with content and experiences teams to develop tests, configure test in Adobe Target, measure, share insights, and make recommendations.
  • Site Satisfaction Survey - Monitor h-d.com and App site satisfaction survey metrics and leverage data as part of holistic website performance story.
Education Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising, Business Administration, or related area is required.

Experience Requirements
  • 8 years of relevant experience in related roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in agile and lean environments
Familiarity with the platforms and tools is a plus:

  • Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Display and Social Buying Platforms
  • Data Visualization platforms; Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
