• Build Their Presence: Website, SEO, Local Listings, Reputation & social media
• Drive Awareness & Leads: Search Engine Marketing, Social, Display, Video, and Mobile Advertising
• Grow Audience and Connect: Brand Content Solutions, Social Media Marketing
• Manage Leads and Customers: Lead Alert, Engagement and Tracking Tools
• Know What Works: Reporting, Mobile Tools, Insight Solutions
• Emerging technology such as Virtual and Augmented Reality

In this role, you will:

• Be equipped with the regionxe2x80x99s best marketing services and solutions, empowering you to deliver unparalleled results to your customers
• Develop partnerships with Enterprise Healthcare businesses and assist them in reaching their goals through integrated marketing plans and comprehensive media solutions
• Identify customer needs to develop and execute account plans and custom client solutions that differentiate USA TODAY NETWORK from competitors
• Help businesses maximize their online presence with a custom approach to digital marketing
• Leverage multiple USA TODAY NETWORK resources and partners to develop optimal client solutions across our suite of products, with an emphasis on digital
• Be expected to attend all healthcare related business organization meetings in the Westchester market.
• Be expected to look into additional events and business organizations that makes sense to partner with.
• Responsible for knowing and attending, as approved, the major healthcare partner galas and events, etc.
• Be expected to visit/connect with all health partners and their agencies at least once per quarter per organization.

What you need to do to be successful in this role:

• Pursue and close new business
• Retain, manage, and grow clients in the Healthcare vertical
• Work within a team to manage the client relationship and retain and build account revenue
• You will identify and understand vertical potential, develop and execute sales strategies across multiple platforms, including digital, mobile, targeted niche publications, promotions and the core newspaper
• Articulate and present our suite of products to decision makers
• Communicate with customers proactively via phone, video conference tools (i.e., MS Team or Zoom), email and in-person
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals and demonstrations
• Manage a specified sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
• Conduct client check-ins, upsell/cross-sell accounts, and address client market share concerns
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively and efficiently recording all sales activity

What you bring to the table:

• Strong Digital Marketing Acumen (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications are preferred but not required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working closely within the digital marketing industry at the C-Suite level. Experience working direct with hospitals, healthcare companies and the executives at their corresponding agencies. A problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify complex issues.
• 5+ years demonstrated major market advertising agency experience including understanding the hierarchy of an agency as well as how to complete highly complex RFPxe2x80x99s
• Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry, their verticals, latest news, their marketing focus.

Demonstrated experience handling a desk size 1.5 mil or larger. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the minimum liability insurance as required by law.

#LI-SD1The annualized base salary for this role will range between $66,000 and $85,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
