Media and Marketing Manager Services

DeTurf Sports Complex

DeTurf Sports Complex invites qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals to provide media and marketing management services. DeTurf Sports Complex is a premier sports facility located in Frederica De, dedicated to promoting and facilitating athletic excellence in the community

The selected Media and Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

1. Developing a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy:

- Conducting a thorough analysis of the current market and identifying target audiences.

- Developing a multi-channel marketing strategy to promote DeTurf Sports Complex programs, events, and facilities.

2. Digital and Social Media Management:

- Managing and updating DeTurf's website and social media accounts.

- Creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and articles.

- Implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive attendance.

3. Public Relations:

- Building and maintaining relationships with local media outlets.

- Drafting press releases and coordinating media coverage for key events.

4. Event Promotion:

- Collaborating with event organizers to develop and implement marketing plans for specific events.

- Creating promotional materials and collateral for events.

5. Branding:

- Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the DeTurf brand.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

- Providing regular reports on the performance of marketing efforts.

- Analyzing data to make informed recommendations for improvement.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:

Interested parties should submit the following documents:

1. Cover Letter:

- Briefly introducing the proposing individual or firm.

- Confirming the intent to submit a proposal.

2. Proposal Narrative:

- Detailing qualifications and relevant experience.

- Outlining the proposed approach to meet the scope of work.

3. Budget and Cost Proposal:

- Providing a detailed breakdown of costs associated with the proposed services.

4. References:

- Providing at least three professional references from previous clients.

IV. Proposal Deadline:

All proposals must be submitted by Jan 22nd. Late proposals will not be considered.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Relevant Experience: The experience of the proposing individual or firm in providing similar services.

2. Qualifications: The qualifications of the proposed team members.

3. Approach and Methodology: The clarity and feasibility of the proposed approach to meet the scope of work.

4. Budget: The reasonableness and transparency of the proposed budget.

5. References: The feedback from previous clients.

DeTurf Sports Complex reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to negotiate separately with competing proposers.
